Really disappointed with the service my father in law has recieved from you. I am so concerned about those who may be more vulnerable and unable to see that you are just sales people. We have arranged his LPA for £80 each from gov.uk which was straight forward, so why you would pay £500 for you to do it I do not know. You make your way in to people's homes on the promise of sorting a will out at a reasonable price. What you get is a pushy sales person trying to make money out of elderly people. He has recieved his will today which is incorrect and has not followed his instructions. Even had the sales person turn up at his door without being invited back, this is unacceptable. We will be taking this up with the supermarket who hosted you so we ensure that vulnerable people are protected from you.

Alan came to my home for my will as I had a need to get some things in order while I am in the middle of a difficult separation and divorce. While Alan explained additional options at no point did he make me feel obliged to undertake any additional legalities and he was very understanding of my situation and felt he guided me with his knowledge of what was best for me at this time and would return to the company should I need to make any amendments. I am also now aware of what I may wish to purchase in the future as I age to ensure my wishes are best met and have the least impact on my family. Thanks for coming

We had Steve come round tonight 23/01/24. Steve was very professional. We had been stressing all day about the whole process of making a will and what we will say, but Steve put our minds at rest and soon had us at ease. There was no pressure, he explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. We would recommend Steve and equity will writers to anyone looking to have a will written.

Well a nice man in morrisons was on the equity will stand perhaps that is the wrong word , but as my wife and I were thinking of updating our will we had a chat with him he took our names and promised someone from equity would call and within a few days I recieved a call and arranged a home visit from an equity employee , well Alan entered our lives and explained everything about wills and power of attorney in laymans terms , that my wife and myself could fully understand , he also explained family trust of which we had never heard of, it was all very relaxed with no pressure from Alan , he left us to make our own minds up on what we required , which we have , I cannot reccomend this company enough , they have put two old codgers minds at rest ,that with their help and Alans experience prepared us and my family for most outcomes in the future.Thank you Alan and Equity

Following two phone calls, decided not to book in as something didn?t feel right. Diana was very rushed/pushy on the phone and also made an assumption my partner couldn?t read/write English because of his name. Wouldn?t recommend.

Was very impressed with the thoroughness of the Welsh lady that helped my father draft his Will. She was not at all pushy, no sales pitch and even spoke to me in Australia to ensure that my father was clear on everything.In reference to all the whining comments on here, please bear in mind that there is always 2 side to each story. My father is 85 and was made to feel relaxed, well informed and empowered.Everything was professionally written and presented.The only difference between Equity and a solicitor is the price....and that is it. You do not have to be a solicitor to write up a Will.Thank you, Equity, for the respect you showed my father.

Had Kevin out today for my nans will, he was on time and extremely pleasant. He was very professional and helped us to understand everything and made the process very easy. Would definitely recommend equity and Kevin definitely a five star!!

Sort out your record keeping and call centre processes, please. I met a pleasant rep in the supermarket the other week and he sent me some info, because we do need to write wills. Since then my father has become unwell and i don't think I've even managed to open your letter, life has been so chaotic. I got a call yesterday from a rep who was pleasant and not pushy and we agreed he'd call me in 6 months time because I'm too overwhelmed right now, to be able to think about anything else. An hour later, I get another call, I blocked the number because I was vexed. Then I got two calls from No Caller ID, the first one I cut off accidentally because I was in the middle of a meeting. I've had another since then. Can't you take a hint? This is really out of order, to keep calling me in this way, especially at a time where any calls I get could be from people to do with my fathers care. I will not be using this company.
