Used this place for a business meeting. A good spot with sockets to plug into. Tables a little small but I?ll use it again.

Fab helpful staff , got the door for me as my hands were full , nothing was too much trouble . . Think someone needs to pressure washer outside as its looking tired ..everything else is fine .

Paid for a toastie through the Costa app. When I arrived I learnt that the exact toastie wasn't in stock so they offered a substitute which was fine. The issue is that they were unable to refund the £1.45 price difference. Instead claiming I have to contact "to good to go" which isn't even related to Costa.It's okay to admit that you don't know how to process a refund or direct me towards it. Better that then dismiss the customer with lies.
