A lot happened today, and a stranger made some very serious allegations which led to conflict . Staff (security a bald man , brown haired chap and dark skinned gentleman ) delt with things very effectively, quickly , they was respectful throughout and diffused the situation well . Cannot fault it .

Really professional staff here In this LGBT plus friendly venue . It was £10 to get in per person and the drinks were not cheap but not too expensive. At one point we discussed concerns about someone and you could see staff actively working together to monitor the situation . Good job guys and a great venue for a late night finish to a good night out ??

Only ever been on party nights (Friday/Saturday). Music is good and sound system so probably one of the best in the area. Security is quite tight on drugs but despite this, lots of weirdos still get in and cause problems. There are often fights and security are quick to deal with these, but they still do happen.

Was having a great night but got to 3.30 and were being kicked out when they say open till 4am never been kicked out of a bar 30 min before closing especially after just buying a round of drinks. Seems the staff wanted an early finish because the boss was away

The bar staff here are very very polite as well as the bouncers, they were very welcoming and they made me feel safe in such a busy environment. Such a good atmosphere everybody was happy and enjoying themselves. And the manager was amazing doing her job. Will definitely be coming here again!

We have been to the three furnaces several times for children's events/parties they run. They have done Halloween and Christmas parties, and my child always has lots of fun. A lot of thought is put into the parties, with lots to do for all ages. They have a disco, face painting, soft play and craft activities going on and also a good buffet and squash.The Christmas event they did was really good, the children could visit Santa in one of their barn type buildings and was decorated really nicely.Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I went to the Furnaces tonight like I do many weekends, however tonight I was removed and barred for life for 'making threats to the lives of staff", I literally went in, paid £8 for myself and 4 other friends, ordered 1 round of shots for us and then got removed. I understand the rules of public houses and know that no reason needs to be given, however making up something eniteirly false to slander me is uncalled for, every member of staff involved will be contacted by my colicitor in due time. Awful experience .
