They always try to add a few quid to the price even when it's fixed on the account. Added 20% to a price today, glad I noticed. And I always get sent to the other place (yard or office) when I go in, no matter where I start!Quick service though, and good stock.

Staff here are friendly, helpful and we have never been rushed or pressured. We have either found what we needed each visit or it has been sourced for us quickly with good communication. We are very happy with the store snd will continue to use it.
