This shop was cute, so much stuff, so it seems to have something for everyone. I do feel some of the stock is old stock, not that it bothers me too much.

Ten stars for delightful, super helpful customer service. I managed to source some discontinued crockery that turned out to be in stock here. Hazel and colleagues couldn't have been more helpful making sure it was exactly what i wanted. The bowls arrived the next day, packaged beautifully. I thought the price was very reasonable too. Charming on the phone and by email. Cant wait to visit in person.

Nice shop but most of the stock is overpriced. I appreciate most of the stock is good quality but personally, I find the shop to be on the expensive side. Also, there is often little to no offer of help whilst browsing in the shop. I wouldn?t recommend visiting.

Can't praise everything about my purchase from Silver Pear highly enough .. from, initial phone call with enquiry, to order arriving within 24 hours .. & beautiful packaging second to none!! 1 item was a gift so carefully managed to unwrap to have a look, & repack!
With such excellent customer service I have no hesitation in recommending Silver Pear.

I have never received a parcel that was so incredibly well packaged. It is bought for a gift and I really did not want to unwrap the item once it arrived. Outer box, bubble wrap, then held within a box and each item was individually wrapped in the company paper. Beautiful. It was a fragile, glass item and I am always worried when a glass item arrives. Not with this company. Purchased the item in Wednesday and received it by 10.30 on the Friday of the same week. I would highly recommend this company. This company was also cheaper for the item (including delivery) than all other companies, which is always a bonus.
I did not take an initial photo of the bubble wrap, but wanted to share how nicely the parcel was wrapped.

A very worthwhile shop to visit. It is an absolute treasure trove of all sorts of items and a truly inspirational place if looking for gift ideas. Great value for money and one of those something for everybody type stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend a visit.

Recently (June 2023) bought a gift, paper and card and pottered off to have a light lunch and when I can back it had been beautifully wrapped for me. Lovely service.
