Excellent fish night in late February 2025. Small but well thought out fish menu. Fairly priced with tempting starters and good choice of fish. Prawns in tempura style batter were crisp and well flavoured. My main trio of Cornish hake, bream and haddock with the famous creamy sauce with grapes was rather good. Had sizzle breakfast, full English. The granary style buttered toast was great, sausages were very average, egg properly fried, bacon abit fatty, could have benefited from being cooked a bit longer, mushrooms bland. Nice location and pleasant staff.

Lasagne dry and boring . Bacon and brie sandwich was on cheep white sliced bread very disappointed with the food . Restaurant was not busy . Staff very nice
