Rude staff and don't know how to work as team. There was a long queue and I understand that it's just two of them working. One of the lady in the queue asked the other woman with the red hair that's doing the restocking to help her friend with the queue but the woman refused to do so when her job can obviously wait and she's taking her time and seem to not bother at all. Looks like she hates her Job so much

On visiting the beautiful town of Ludlow today I went into the Spar shop to purchase some cans of cold pop i was absolutely disgusted to hear the foul language being shouted in the aisles by 3 members of staff two men & a woman they were Effing from 1 aisle to another very loud you could hear them all over the shop, so pleased I did not have my grandson with me, I said to the man on the tills about & all he said was i know, totally unacceptabl will not be going in there again when visiting the town, if that's the sum total of your staff God help us .

I have allergies and the person at the counter was patient and didn't make me feel bad for standing there for 15 mins trying to figure out what I can have. The presentation was appetising and I will definitely be coming back.

Bought 4 Harriets Bakery brown rolls today 29th August 2024
Should have checked the date. They are dated best before 24 August 2024 and have green mold on the underside. Wasn't given a receipt however paid by card.

I always find the staff more than helpfull. A nice pleasant place to shop; sadly they are often under staffed which is head offices fault. So giving five stars for the staff who work there. No stars for head offices staffing policy.

The 60ish year old male with glasses and a beard has the customer service of a cro-magnon troglodyte... I think he likes to play tough guy in front of Females and my boyfriend... He couldn't even reciprocate 'Good Evening' or a 'Hello' at my second attempt. Conclusion: Bad customer service

We visited about 3:30 pm and the sandwich selection in store was a bit limited. But there is a Subway in the back. I would recommend checking when that shuts though. Overall, pretty good though. Very convenient.

There seems to be a regular problem here with pricing. Items are often shown on the shelf at one price (or offer), but are not always charged at this reduced price at the till, resulting in delayed times being served, or worse still getting overcharged.

I would put a 0 star but it's not accepted, I was stood at the till and was loudly saying, I'm at the till, I'm at the till, and I was stood there for about 2 minutes repeatedly saying the statement above, I feel like I've been made to look like a fool, I would really appreciate it if the staff would do there job and stop flirting in the back room.
