I can honestly say I highly recommend Sinclair they have been nothing but helpful and supportive and so friendly and down to earth which I think is so important to me. Thank you so much team! Pre collection experience was very good, collection was also good, but hard an issue after the sale that only the dealers could assist with. Once I managed to converse with someone who could help the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Thanks all involved.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish...
From our initial enquiry through to collecting our new Defender, the service we received was nothing short of excellent. Every step of the process was handled with professionalism and genuine care.
Jason and Will made us feel welcome from the first visit, where we had the chance to test drive the vehicle and ask all the right questions. Placing the order was straightforward, and communication throughout was spot on ? we were kept updated and felt looked after the whole way through.
A special mention goes to the thoughtful touches ? from the LEGO Defender gifted to our son to my beautiful flowers on collection day. It made the whole experience feel personal and memorable for the whole family. It?s clear that customer experience really matters here.
Thank you again to Jason, Will, and the rest of the team ? highly recommend to anyone considering a Land Rover.

Visited this dealer for a recall as the clowns at my local dealer (Hatfields Shrewsbury) had no interest in helping me as I didn't buy the car from them, 1st class service from start to finish. The chap who dealt with me took us into Ludlow and offered to pick us up whilst the work was completed. Everything done, including wash in alloted time.Really pleased with this dealer and thus will be getting my service and any other JLR purchases from this dealer rather than Shrewsbury which have a woeful reputation....

After sales is rubbish!! Once they've had your cash they aren't interested in helping you at all! Pre- sale they were all over us like a nasty rash, and couldn't have been more eager to help, even wheeling out their new manager to say hello, and assure us that we would be well looked after.Make sure that you check everything on a vehicle before you purchase it from them! I noticed a chip down to the metal on one of the doors and was assured that their man would make a good job of it, and that we wouldn't be able to notice it when we came back to collect the vehicle. As if! Stevie Wonder would have spotted it at 100 metres on a dark night! After bringing it to their attention they suggested that I claimed for it to be repaired on the paintwork insurance that I had just purchased with the vehicle! The job ended up being an expensive respray, at their expense, by an acredited bodyshop!Next issue was a blown speaker which was easy to notice despite my hearing impairment. My local JLR dealer replaced it under warranty without question.The next issue arose when my other half wanted to use the passenger vanity mirror in the sun visor and found that it was cracked. That took a couple of months for them to send a replacement after being chased via phone and e-mail numerous times.Next item was at the time of purchase I was told that I was entitled to attend a Land Rover Experience Day, and that details would be sent to me. A few months later I had received nothing and got in touch. Again I had to chase up many times, and they really couldn't have cared less! In the end I had to contact JLR customer services at head office , and they were very sympathetic, and didn't sound the least bit surprised when I told them where I had purchased my car, and what other issues we had experienced!My recommendation is that if you can find the car you want elsewhere give this bunch a very wide berth!!
