Screwfix Ludlow is one of the best branches I have dealt with. Thoroughly enjoy going in and very impressed with the level of customer care received. Always have a chat and a giggle with Terry. Very professional individual who goes above and beyond to find what you need. Brilliant service with a smile. Will continue to use for many years!

On numerous visits to Screwfix Ludlow over the past 3 weeks I have on every occasion been welcomed by very friendly and very helpful staff. On each visit every item I have requested was in stock to which some I have returned as I over purchased but never a problem. Well done to all the team at Ludlow *****

I?ve arrived at Ludlow Screwfix just before 7am on more than 3 occasions,,,,, in the last month or so,,,, and sit in my car until 7-10 ish ( opening time is 7am) when a very grumpy half asleep person decides to open,,, really really annoying especially when I travel 40 miles to get to ludlow and pre order my items,,, today was the duty manager who opened late,, no apology nothing no manners no chat,,,,, is this all you can do screwfix !!!!! Not good enough,,,, if they worked for me they?d be sacked.,,, remember there?s a tool station 100yds away !!!!!!!!
