Had my hair cut here a few months ago. Lady in charge is very good and knowledgeable but Nadia who cut my hair did a very poor job. I had a wet cut so didn?t realise how awful it was until I got home and dried it myself. My hair is long and imo is a very basic cut straight at the back and graduated at the front. There was a whole section of hair that wasn?t even cut ! I sent 2 emails no reply then called. They said they would give me a £20 refund or rectify the cut but never heard from them again. I would not trust anyone there to cut my hair again. Photo Of the cut below.

Thank you for a wonderful service provided for my wedding at Ludlow Castle. Very professional and beautiful put ups and styles for me and my bridesmaids ? Catered for a range of ages for my 10 bridesmaids from 5 years to 17 years old, and all done with a smile, and reassurance and advice for those who didn't initally know how they wanted their hair styled. Great salon experience, speaking as someone who usually dreads it. Went in for a colour/ highlights. Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable and new exactly what I was going for very happy with the result and the price is very competitive.
