I recently visited this branch and found a cashier and the branch manager to be very unprofessional. This is disappointing and in strong contrast to my experience in other branches, including Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury and Kidderminster, where the staff are wonderful and very professional.

It's never a chore to go into Nationwide Ludlow. The staff are a great team and always make you feel your business matters.
At least we still have them for a while longer and I appreciate that while other banks and post offices are closing, Nationwide is still there for us.

The staff at Ludlow Nationwide are 100% efficient, friendly and helpful. A lovely team of people. (To be honest, this has always been my experience with all Nationwide staff). This is one of the many reason I have been a satisfied customer ever since 1987 :-)

It so reassuring to be able to contact a human being in this day and age, the staff at the Ludlow branch are so helpful. We have been banking with this branch for as long as I can remember and will continue too. Many thanks to all the staff at Ludlow.
