Had a flat tire which wouldn?t pump up. Car in dangerous position on hill with lots of passing traffic. Even if I had a Jack, which I didn?t, wouldn?t have fancied changing a wheel in such a position. Was not far away so called. Explained situation . Within 15 minutes chap came out, took a look ,over inflated tire and reassured it would get to the tire place . Once there immediately repaired puncture and was back on the road in no time. Thank you - brilliant customer experience - you made a stressful situation a whole lot better. Highly recommend.

Flat tyre traveling to Ludlow. Colleague suggested taking car to Malvern Tyres.After checking that they could fit the car in. They repaired the tyre while I was in a meeting. Car was ready for my return journey. Excellent service. Thank you
