Awful service and customer care, avoid and go to another branch. Took my money and after 2 and a half weeks of chasing to see where my order was, well it isn’t coming apparently.Useless !

Brilliant, very helpful staff, able to taste wine and lots of offers. Very good stock and huge choice. Wine tasting evening etc Carried purchase to my car.
