Called in for some new brake pads on the car, I was told they would fit me in. By the time I had wandered up town and had a coffee the charming young lady from ETB was on the phone saying my car was all sorted.

ETB totally saved me last week. I had what I thought was a slow puncture which they realised was 2 problems with previous welding on my wheel. They went above and beyond the call of duty and got it welded and me back on the road within the day and I was so grateful as I was only visiting the area and it was midday on a Friday by the time I asked for their help. Thank you so much to the friendly and extremely helpful team. 5 stars + more!

Brilliant, friendly service. The welcoming staff really helped us out with very prompt assistance, when our car was making an awful screeching noise, while on holiday. Turns it was a stone stuck somewhere it shouldn't be. Thank you.

Arrived in Ludlow today (having travelled for 5 hours) to discover we had a puncture. Went to ETB and they couldn?t have been more helpful. The young lady behind the counter was so friendly and the young lad who changed the tyre was polite and efficient. The tyre was changed in no time. Would definitely recommend!

I was on holiday in Ludlow and desperately needed my car looking at as my breaks were grinding and I had a long journey the day after. They fit me in last minute and my car was fixed and back to me within 2 hours. Totally brilliant service and saved my holiday.
