We came across this gem by sheer luck whilst trying to find the starting point of a walk. Tanya was so helpful that day, we decided a meal here would be the perfect end to our motorhome holiday. We wasn't disappointed. Food was delicious and service was 5?.

A group of 12 of us had dinner in the Horseshoes over the weekend. The food was fantastic; the staff were delightful and the atmosphere wonderful. (The fish pie was especially awesome; compliments chef!). Great value also. Would thoroughly recommend, you won?t be disappointed.

Fabulous place. Such a warm welcome. Very comfortable and warm restaurant. The food was delicious and the waiter/waitresses were all so polite and friendly.

Had a lovely Sunday roast yesterday. We stayed just down the road and walked up in the pouring rain but was so worth it! From booking (and speaking to a lovely lady with a foreign accent- she was also our waitress) to the meal our expectations were exceeded. Excellent food,wine and service. Beautiful pub and dog friendly too! Just perfect, thankyou. Would definitely return
