We had 7 bags of MOT Type 1 delivered, and the driver (Dave) couldn?t have been more helpful. He asked where our concrete slab would be and suggested reversing down the lane next to our house to drop the bags as close as possible, rather than leaving them on the drive. This meant navigating around an overhead telephone wire and several large trees, which must have added at least 45 minutes to his day. Despite the challenge, he handled it all with patience and professionalism. An absolute gent and a real credit to his company. Thank you!

In mine and one of my neighbours experience only order items for delivery if you?re not in a rush for them, waited all day for a ?morning? delivery only to be told when I called at 3:45 that it would be the following day. I understand that people can get busy but I paid money for a service and goods that I didn?t get!

Despite the opening timings shown as until 2pm on Sundays, we arrived at 12:58pm and the gate was closed. Phoned in Tafs and was still advised that they closed without any explanation

Ordered materials twice since Storm Eorwin! Excellent products at the right price and timely delivery too - what's not to like? Something went wrong with the online payment system but the customer service in resolving it was excellent. I highly recommend using TAFs.

Very pleased with installation of Close Board Fencing in our front garden. Installation of support posts on day one very challenging due to compactness of the soil but Wayne persisted and got the stage done. Next day Wayne had support with the installation of the boarding of a high standard. Hardworking, polite and courteous. Thank you.
