A dreadful young man serving on the counter, saw me but carried on doing what he was doing and ignored me, had to be told there was a customer waiting to which he replied yeh I know. Was rude and obviously doesn't know how to say please and thank you

The people that own / work here really do not care about their customers or the surrounding community. They are allowing groups of up to 10 cars to gather almost nightly, on their forecourt, where they rev engines, talk loudly and then blast up and down the road, disturbing people's sleep and evenings. All they care about is making money. They have been approached for support and aren't bothered.
The staff that were there before the garage was refurbished were so lovely and helpful. Such a shame these staff are the total opposite.

Used their car wash and had a terrible experience. Paid, selected the program, but no water or pressure came out. I informed the staff, and the man who came to help asked for my card again. I ended up paying a second time before it started working. When I explained the issue, he said he would refund me only if I showed proof of the first transaction from my banking app. Since it was a weekend, the transaction wouldn?t appear until Monday. Despite this, he didn?t offer any other solution or a refund. Poor customer service ? I expected better from a Shell station. Will think twice before returning!

The staff and service in this station are rude and unhelpful. Before it was revamped the staff were excellent and the forecourt was always busy. Not many people seen on the forecourt these days and if there are it is only because of the 'added on' outlets.

Staff are rude and have no customer service skills, I went in this morning to pay for fuel and the guy behind the counter was too busy on his mobile device and totally ignored me to the point his fellow colleague had to step in and serve me, feel free to check your CCTV at 8:30 this morning and you will see.
Most of the time when I go in they are rude and unhelpful.
I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Terrible customer service, left me stood outside in the rain while the pump was broken with no sign on it to say its broken, they didn't even apologise! They need to retrain there staff or change them.

Purely reviewing the jet washDon?t put money in the machines if you?re set on getting the snow foam to work..Empty nothing comes out. Foam brush works but once you?ve put money in too late.Invest in a jet wash & do it at home in a few more months this machines will be rubbishNo maintenance

The petrol pumps on the forecourt are FENCED OFF at present , 31 May 2023 , with only access to the shop on the forecourt possible. According to planning notes from 2019 they intend to modify the area remove the car wash and possibly the shop. A new shop is planned with 4 spaces for Electric vehicle recharging ,

Awful place at night the guy with the long hair is so rude he makes you feel terrible asif you shouldn?t be shopping there!!how he?s still got a job is beyond me seeing all these bad reviews about him I?ve rang to speak to the manager today someone answerd hello nothing else I said is this the shell garage he went yeah! I said well that?s nice and professional is the manager there could hardly understand him he said call back after 5 that was it end of conversation so day staff arnt much better can?t wait to speak to the manager ?

The garage staff in the day are lovely but the whole place is let down by that rude aggressive night member of staff (long grey hair glasses) I try and avoid going at night for this reason but sometimes it?s unavoidable, always the same awful attitude of how dare you come here however tonight is possibly the worst, stood by the window waited a couple of minutes nobody there, went to try the door still nobody came went back to the window waited a few more minutes then went and knocked the door where I could see this guy sticking the shelves, he literally shouted abuse at me and carried on stocking the shelf before finally coming over and saying nothing!!! I will NEVER go back there at night and will certainly be telling others not to as well!! Absolutely disgusting and I will be reporting him and making a formal complaint to shell !! Going by the other reviews about him I can?t understand why you?d continue to employ this awful man !!

Uber Eats orders wrong more times than right!!! Called again and staff RUDE and said nothing they can do. Considering the money I?ve spent in this shop I will NEVER use them again. Get some decent staff who don?t grunt on the phone. !!!!
