Fairly typical Premier Inn, room clean, well maintained. One ongoing criticism is the duvets are far too heavy for summer and the ridiculous health and safety measures that mean windows open sufficiently far.
Although the restaurant isn't actually "part of the hotel" I have to say that although breakfast was fine dinner service was slow and at least one item (kids desert) was not as described on the menu, but the issue was well resolved by the waitress. Choice was nothing like as wide as at a Beefeater and given my experience next time I would note take the meal deal and eat elsewhere instead, even if it cost a little more.
Nearby activities: Close to Hoo Zoo which is a great day out especially for children that are into dinosaurs!

Great bed but the room was behind the drive through McDonald's so could hear a lot of cars reving engines all night.

Stopped here overnight although i live very close. Was an amazing bed and i had such a fabulous sleep. The staff team were really welcoming and we also went for breakfast which was really nice. Would definitely recommend

I stayed here for work reasons its a small quiet hotel with incredible service from all the staff and a pub just across from the hotel, loads to choose from in the restaurant.

The hotel is a bit outdated.
No lift to other floors.
But really comfortable room.
Could do with a power socket on both sides of the bed.
However, the staff were amazing.
Good location.
Petrol station, McDonald's, subway, and Greggs next door.
Asda 10 minute drive.
Food & drinks: Good restaurant close by.
Various takeaways within walking distance.

Weirdly most sockets were on the opposite side of the room so had to charge stuff over the other side. Breakfast at the brewers fayre was chaos, extremely slow toaster no tray to carry anything and was practically pushed down the line by someone who was clearly there to set some sort of record in eating. Just a typical buffet breakfast.

Hilariously - I didn't actually stay here. I went to pick up my friend staying there.The rooms were lovely and warm, great location - near petrol station, brewers fare next door.But Sarah and Ellen - they could not have been more welcoming, helpful and supportive. They went above and beyond and I cannot praise them enough!

No restaurant option as rain damaged ceiling to kitchen but alternative was provided about a 10 minute drive.
