If you love hair in your food for abit of extra flavour this is the place for you. I have only come here two times, each time for a roast dinner and both times I have discovered hair in my food. The first time was just small strands of hair but on this occasion it was a long wriggly black hair which got stuck in my mouth and wrapped itself around my teeth. Rather than sitting there enjoying my roast dinner I spent 5 minutes trying to untangle hair from my teeth and pull it out like string cheese. Overall I am very unsatisfied and also very annoyed with the lack of care the manager showed when I told her about it. She instantly said I can?t receive a refund due to me getting a discounted meal which I think is very un-flexible and unfair. She even went on to say that it?s no fault of the pubs and that it?s actually my fault and that I should of kept more of an eye out on the hair when self serving. I should not have to go hair spotting when serving my own food and the area where the food is kept for self service should be kept clean at all times. I should not be getting blamed for something because the manager clearly can?t take ownership. Overall a terrible experience and I will not be returning ever again.

Came in for a drink and to play some pool, such a chilled vibe, staff was very nice, especially Patricia, very lovely girl, didn?t have food but it looked and smelled amazing! Highly recommend!

Me and my family always go here for birthdays and celebrations, the food is always amazing (even though it takes ages) and we always ask for quiet seating, extremely loud children are always seated by us and it's extremely irritating and completely ruins the meal. I don't recommend this place if you dislike loud noises.

Spur of the moment breakfast with a friend. Warm welcome & explanation of how the breakfast set up worked. Breakfast was lovely, great selection. Served by 2 lovely ladies, Gail & Farrah who were very efficient and attentive.

Can for breakfast last minute, lovely and quiet on this Wednesday morning. Greeted by Gail who took our food order, chef Karl, well the breakfast came out piping hot, 10/10 would reccomend!

We visited at a quiet time on Saturday afternoon. The pizza we had was very nice. The staff were a bit slow to bring out condiments, having to be asked 3 times.

Great Breakfast?! Stayed at Premier Inn next door with added breakfast and got great service with a smile from Gail and a well-cooked breakfast from Tom even though quite busy. Nice way to start the day - thanks guys!

Food is always good and good price with bluelight discount. Staff not very friendly we have been a number of times recently but they don't seem to acknowledge this.
