We love this little cafe, the owners work really hard to make every visit a delight. Sarah cooks all the food herself (no catering here) and it shows. The meals can be big so bring an appetite! Coffees all come with a foil wrapped chocolate too. SuperbParking: Parking within 100mts at the clun River Bridge car park (can be busy)

Probably the best ploughman's I've ever had. Lovely cheese selection, nice pickles and good bread. Lots of thought gone onto getting it looking and tasting great. The cake portion was huge.

This must be the oldest cafe I've ever been in. Apparently it was originally a malt house, built in 1640. Still has the original York stone floor. It's very small inside and I'd recommend booking first as there was always a wait for a table while we were there. Had a ham and cheese baguette with salad which was very good and excellent value for money. Service was quick and staff were very friendly and attentive. Well worth a visit.

Lovely little cafe. I went here today with my 91 yr old Mother who has dementia. The lady serving was incredibly kind and helpful, I?ve never had such thoughtful attention. The food was good too.

Fabulous home cooked food, great portions, lovely friendly waitress, only small but adds to experience. We had huge jacket potato, an open toasted sandwich both with lovely fresh salad, husband had chocolate brownie which he said was lovely and squidgy

Lovely cup of tea, varied & interesting menu, 6 bean Smokey chilli hot pot yummy, jacket potatoes , open sandwiches, soup of the day and even a Specials Board. Such a quaint little cafe.
