“Cannot thank the team at the A49 service centre enough. My partner and I were driving through Craven Arms when our engine light came on and the car started shuddering - clearly something wrong! We pulled into the garage, and although they were clearly very very busy, they managed to get our car sorted (including ordering a part in!) within a couple of hours. Saved us an estimated 6.5 hour wait for the AA.Amazing service and went above and beyond for us when we were in desperate need - saving us from hours in the January rain too! Cannot recommend enough.”

“My steering rack joint failed as I was driving through Culmington, my front wheel locked up and I skidded to a halt on a blind bend. At 5.20pm on a winters night this was a massive problem for me and anyone else driving! I had just gone past Culmington Autos so ran back up to them and explained the situation, Sam and the lads dropped what they were doing and came straight out to help, they got the van driveable at the roadside and then took it back to their garage to check it thoroughly. They had never met me before but acted as if I was a long time customer, they were outstanding and I was incredibly impressed by their response to a dangerous situation. Honestly can't recommend them enough, thoroughly decent people.”
