Had Sunday lunch here today . Beautiful location . Friendly staff , attentive service. Food was perfectly cooked and nicely presented with good sized portions . Highly recommend !

We loved our evening so much that we returned for another the next night. Really welcoming people and warm atmosphere, which helped us feel truly at home in what was a locals pub. Tasty food (big portions too) at good prices. Dog-friendly, in fact there could well have been as many dogs as people on our first night. Would recommend and return again when next in this part of the world!

Heard a lot about this pub, all good. I had to find out for myself. Well it was an amazing experience. The staff were great really friendly and the food was really good, I mean really good. I had beef curry, rice chips and naan bread. Have tbh im craving more. PS Very dog friendly

I'm a member of a walking group and on this particular occasion our organiser had arranged for us to eat here at the end of an extremely pleasant 5 mile walk. What a wise choice that was, too. There were a dozen or so of us, we were welcomed and seated together in a very pleasant room. The food was first rate; I opted for the lamb and it was delicious! It isn't often that lamb is offered so I took advantage. Everyone on 'my' table commented on as to how good the food was. A great selection of starters, mains and desserts - I'd go for the apple and damson crumble if I were you. Great service too from very pleasant staff. Ludlow Gold at the bar too.
Highly recommended.
