I haven't seen the flowers I am sending yet but I know they will be beautiful from. The passion in jeans voice. I actually burst into tears after I came off the phone. The girls (ladies!?) I spoke to were fabulous and just so lovely and helpful. You wouldn't think it would mean so much but it just did. XI don't want to muddy the fact that the customer service was great at j Thomas. but I would like to add that i had an appalling and rude experience from florist in Ludlow.
