I was in desperate need of a nail makeover and luckily stumbled upon Steph. I'm beyond thrilled that I did! Steph was incredibly responsive, extremely friendly, and wonderfully accommodating. I had my heart set on safari-themed nails for an upcoming holiday, and Steph's nail art exceeded all expectations! The one-on-one service made me feel completely at ease.I never felt rushed during the process; Steph took her time and ensured I was delighted with every step. The end result is so good that some people have mistaken them for stickers! Steph's very talented, and I can't wait to book again to see what she'll create next. Was visiting the area for a work trip, and fancied treating myself. Flexible appointments, friendly and professional. Did not use the machine to file nails. Comfortable experience throughout. She even managed to match the flowers on my Cath Kidston dress!!Gutted I'm not local, as I would definitely be regular customer
