Normally some good deals here for trainers shoes and coats. Also generally clothing and some electrical stuff. On this occasion nothing caught my eye it's the sort of shop where you can find just what your looking for at the price that's right or draw a blank. A blank this time

Staff are lovely! However... the store is not fully accessible in a mobility scooter. Aisles are far too narrow, and there are bins of products placed at the ends of some aisles which make going around corners to find what you're looking for impossible without having to perform a complicated manoeuvre, and having to block the aisle for others altogether. I actually had to dismount in order to look at the products as there was no way I could have pulled up alongside. Factory Shop take note- other shoppers may not be able to do this at all. I very much doubt a double buggy or larger pushchair would have managed this either. In the past, I've had to go in on foot as the layout to access the tills is very narrow and only accessible by going one way around the store, I appreciate that the pandemic has necessitated a one way system for safety in many stores however there is surely a better solution for this that would not prevent wheelchair / scooter access. In addition to this, there wasn't much hand sanitiser available at the entrance, also as there are yet more bins of products in the entrance area as well as bulky products on display outside on the shop front navigation was extremely difficult when trying to get in and out. Please look into this promptly, thank you.
