Went on Feb 5th it was Discount 10% Day...I spent £70 but on receiving receipt, the 10% hadn't been taken off.I mentioned this but the Staff wasn't aware of Discount...I had to have a Refund & Put items through the Till Again..The Manager came over & said.We won't be doing this again!?!?..He was very Hostile to me......I am 77 years old & a Club Card Member....But I Won't Be Going In The Bridgnorth Store Ever Again..........

A nice shopping experience for once .
Staff on the floor of the shop were helpful and friendly. Chap on the tills was friendly and helpful and even packed my heavy items in the best way so I could carry them ?
