I went to TG today To see if they had a hose reel.There was 1 by the entrance Without a price ticket So I went to the counter To ask the price, The man behind the counter Said you won't want it.. I said why is that? He said it's Hundred and thirty pounds. I was absolutely shocked and disgusted, then he tapped on the computer and said I could have it for 100 pounds!! Absolutely ridiculous price for a garden hose, there's an oak door right next to it that's 100 pounds how is that even possible.!!?? I won't be returning again, so I went to TFM brought a hose lock reel 30 meters on a stand exactly the same for 40 pounds.. I think TG needs to get their act together.. On a positive note I did like the shop they have some lovely things.. But a hose reel for 100 quid!! You must be kidding me..

Great service from Paul, nothing was too much trouble. I ordered 2 bulk bags of pea shingle but got the size wrong so tel Paul no prob he altered the size stone and then after it was delivered I realised I had ordered the wrong colour so again Paul arranged for the removal of the 2 bags I didnt want and the delivery of the golden pea shingle I decided on.
Poor fella was pleasant and friendly the whole time.
Brilliant customer service.

I have just had another delivery from T G Welshpool, I wanted to share what a pleasure it is dealing with the Welshpool site, the staff are always helpful and very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Steve is probably the best delivery driver I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, he is a massive credit to the company !

I was told by my Dad and his friend that the staff were very rude to them over an item that was priced rite but they said it was wrong and had to pay more, my Dad eventually got a refund. Isnt the customer always rite ?? i was shocked at hearing this, i will never shop at this Merchants ever again, shame on you. I don't want to give this a rating at all but to get this posted i begrudgingly have give it one star.

Called yesterday with friend who wanted to purchase garden hose, viewed hoselock and price on label, £31.00 plus vat on payment my friend notice he had been charged Close to £60.00 mentioned the price on the ticket, sorry its for another item, we assumed the person who eventually dealt with the query was the manager, said the price was the price charged not the price displayed, and was very arrogant and rude to the customer who is an elderly person, refund given upon request, and as we were leaving lot's of laughter from some staff, also price ticket hastily removed, Shame on you, Lj
