I have been a customer since TFM opened often travelling up from South Wales or ordering on line and always been very happy with their service. But I want to say a huge thankyou to two gentleman staff who didn't know if I was a previous customer or not. I had a sudden flat tyre on the road outside and pulled on to the car park thinking I would have to call breakdown. I asked two staff members if anyone could help they said no problem. They came over to my car and in less than 10 mins I was back on the road with my spare tyre changed onto the car. Thank you so much Gentlemen that is what I call Customer Service.

Ordered last Friday, delivered on the following Monday! Excellent service and the delivery driver was very helpful and friendly.We went there today nothing was to much trouble, they even put everything in the car for us. A very efficient and friendly service from all the staff. Our go to place for all our garden needs. It's a 10 out of 10 from us.Thank you.
