I am never going into to this store ever again.First of all the Scottish women on the till a week last sunday afternoon and the customer she was serving.Were insulting the noise of my reversing sensor on my mobility scooter..That was straight after I was about to by a soft drink and snack.Which I put in one of the shopping trollers and left the store.Secondly a mature member of Tesco Express High Street Bridgnorth.Came outside and asked to look in my mobility scooter basket because a young member of staff saw me put my two items in the basket.And even though I left them in one of the store shopping trolleys.I told the mature member of staff where I left the items she came back outside and didn?t even apologise.So behave accusing innocent people like myself of shop lifting.I have always paid for items.I will not be in your store ever again.Plus fobbed off with a message in a card and £20 cash.But due to stress I am having functional non epileptic seizures again which are caused by stress.So thanks a lot Tesco Express High Street Bridgnorth.

Very tight and busy shop. Very claustrophobic. Very tall shelving. Wide range of stuff. Post office at the back. Bit like a maze to get back to the tills as you have to avoid the aisles that are full of other customers. Although there are staff about they seemed quite young and constantly looking for stuff going out the door without payment.

Refused my £3.50 voucher on a £3.40 meal deal because it's 10p. When asked what's worth 10p, the lady rudely told me nothing, and the 10p bags are now 30p leaving me helpless with a useless voucher. Now I've got no food and no voucher. Absolutely shocking!

Friendly staff. It's a small store so everything is very cramped and impossible to distance from people.

I try contact as I am except from face mask try find out if I could still shop at local Tesco as last timewhen in they one member staff got funny about me shopping they so I try ringing few time same thing happen pick the phone up then put it down I think its rude not put customers first
