member of staff was rude and when i walked past and tapped her with the corner of my bag she shouted at me then when we went it we over heard her saying that 4 girls were doing something which is me and my 3 friends she was rude again and called staff every time she also said there is cctv accusing us of stealing

Really helpful staff. The hard sell of items at the till can be a nuisance but not the staffs fault as they are told to do it. Store always clean and tidy and shelves always well stocked. Served quickly and always with a smile.
