At 4 am this morning on my way to Heathrow I needed to fill my van I pulled in to the station and opened my passenger door so I could get to the fuel tank (this has to be done on a vw transporter to fuel up ) the lady inside took ages to put the pump on but any assistance I was filling up I opened the sliding side door as something was moving around before I pulled in couldn?t see anything so closed it seconds later over the tannoy the employee kept shouting close your back doors and again close your back doors I shouted back my back doors aren?t open. She showed it again. Close your back doors at this. She turned the pump off at this. I was fuming I shouted it again my back doors aren?t f ing open and put the handle back only a quarter full I told her she?s a idiot paid then drove to a lot cheaper garage on the way . So they lose out on over £100 in fuel because her . Not the first time Iv had problems at this garage I had a fine for not paying for fuel when I?d paid cash at the till so if you use this place always keep your receipt as someone is on the take . Or use Worfield station as it friendly and cheaper

Toilets were open, but without toilet paper. When asked they said the toilets should be shut so they wouldn't provide toilet paper. Could have just taken some off the shelves...
