After supporting this place a long time I had l take an item back Friday 26th May 23 and was made to feel like I'd done somthing wrong by a very unpleasant old man who volunteers there he even sujested I was holding customers up "one young lady" behind me saying there was no problem at all thank goodness the Manager a lovely lady sorted the item out to our mutual satisfaction I would suggest this horrible man finds somthing els to do with his time.
