Celebrated my daughter 24th birthday here as she?s a huge Harry Potter fan! Lovely food & staff who were very kind when the dog (in his Gryffindor jumper..obviously!) decided to pull the table over!

A really lovely experience. We booked several weeks ago, but it appeared that it hadn?t been sent to site, however they couldn?t have been more accommodating and got it sorted within 15 minutes.
We had the Wizards and Witches Afternoon Tea. The amount of food we got was more than adequate and had to take some home. The staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome. I?d definitely recommend

We had a great time and they were very friendly and even organised gluten free food for one of our party even though we had forgotten to let them know when we booked. Value for money 10/10 - 6 adults and we all had to take food away. Thank You Again for our Witches & Wizards Afternoon Tea.

We absolutely love this place!
We were so happy with the selection of food and the whole experience.
We were a party of six with three of us with specific dietary needs. The staff were very knowledgeable and ensured that our food was clearly marked.
The food was displayed in imaginative ways. We loved it! All staff members were very friendly and couldn?t do enough to help.

Lovely little place for a treat for my daughter however I was not impressed by their instagram post which showed something completely different. Half the things from the video were not even there and the afternoon tea looked nothing like the video so I?m disappointed in that and as it?s not cheap either it?s false advertising

Highly recommended! We are sitting having the most amazing wizard and witches afternoon tea at platform 10. it is the 1st place I have been to that is so allergy friendly. The lady managed to give me an amazing dairy and gluten free option. As a wheelchair user it was nice that a shop had a ramp to help you up and down different areas of the cafe The whole place just breathes a Harry Potter experience , from the stars on the ceiling to the Harry Potter music. a wonderful fantastic afternoon . thankyou.

Great place
We booked the wizarding cream tea.
Well worth it we had to take some home as so much.
For me the food highlight was the warm home made scones.
The staff were amazing too made us welcome and great service

Really generous and tasty afternoon tea which is fantastic for Harry Potter fans! The lady who served us (sorry I didn?t get your name) was really lovely and looked after us. Couldn?t say enough positive things about this. Would definitely recommend!

Me and my wife went here for my birthday and it was fantastic. The service from the owner and staff was amazing, felt so welcome and comfortable. The afternoon tea was very tasty and very filling, staff even provided boxes to take our cakes with us. Beautifully decorated Harry Potter themes in the small space they have to work with. Definitely will be returning to try the new menu!

Such a shame about this place, tried visiting Sunday and was shut. Wasn't sure if you had to book but came back Monday only to find it was just cake and coffee, to say I was disappointed was an understatement considering they posted they were open for bank holiday for general walk ins. Such a missed opportunity so won't be returning. Place it self was lovely and staff were friendly just a shame that no food option was available and not very clear on communication through website and Facebook.

Dropped in this little gem ? and was greeted by 3 lovely ladies. I asked if it was possible to takeaway some drinks and they were fully booked on their day with afternoon teas. The service was phononmal and I was allowed to browse the café and souvenirs they had on offer as well as was given permission to take some snaps. I will certainly be returning to this wonderful magical place.
