Excellent in all ways,room very clean and tidy, bed very comfortable and shower nice and hot. Hotel facilities Excellent and located close to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very warm welcome from the staff and a great location for this for this very charming hotel. I found the decor fascinating with an eclectic mix of paintings, statutes and vintage furniture in every corner and wall. Our double on suite room was finished off with a very comfy 4 poster bed!
The staff can't do enough for you, everything is just an as away. The manager (Martin) was very professional and looked after us throughout.

I?m Bridgnorth born and bred and remember going to the Parlour?s Hall with my parents many, many years ago.
Having long since moved away, I?ve had the pleasure of staying there a couple of times since and always enjoyed it. From the old style feel, to the generous breakfast to the friendliness of the staff makes it all very welcoming. I look forward to my next visit :)

Safety: Free car parking on site
Walkability: Every thing you need is close by
Food & drinks: Breakfast was loverly eat as much as you want. Drinks were at a fair price

Very helpful staff. Good location with parking included. Used this venue to attend a nearby wedding. Rooms were a little hit and miss in that we didn?t have a shower but some of the others we stayed with, did in their rooms. Breakfast was really good in my opinion.Will be staying here again for sure.

Disgusting attitude from the owners,made me feel very uncomfortable and she tried to talk down to me ,her overall communication skills were the worst I'd ever seen,fuming this morning ,didn't even have breakfast, people do not go ,worst part couldn't even sit on toilet as the gap between the bath and the toilet seat were that tight it's not fit for purpose
