SHOCKING ! One of the worst estate agents I have dealt with, or tired to.There is a dream house we are interested in. I called on a Saturday morning, but they were no bothered at all. They said there was an offer already on the property I was interested in. I asked if it was likely to excepted, and they said yes. I asked if I could leave my name and details just in case and they reluctantly took my details.3 weeks later and its still for sale with no offer or SSTC notice. Last week I emailed them. I got bombarded with emails asking to join their agent list to receive first notification of properties. I also did this for 1 week as they properties they sent are random. There is no option to specify the kind of house you want.We are now in week two, and I have not received any reply to my original email asking about the property. All I can do now, is write a letter to the people selling the house in the hope they will return my call and I can arrange a viewing.Absolutely shocking. Thank goodness I'm not using them to sell my house, as I have no confidence in them whatsoever.

Knowledgeable team who were able to guide us to the best sale strategy to sell our property, including pricing just right for a swift sale with secure buyer. Kept us informed through out the process and even provided us with final meter readings just prior to sale as we were 2-3 hours drive away. Would use again.

We have a rented property adjoined to us rented by Nock Deighton. We have a disagreement about when the neighbours noisey toilet valve was reported but I have reported twice since March and it still hasn't been repaired. The property was also last painted over 12 years ago and in a terrible state of repair. A reviewer mentions regular checks on their property, well it doesn't seem to be the case for us.forfirforfromeexoerieexoerience.

I am happy with the services provided by Nock Deighton regarding my rented property. Sylvia Hames conducts property checks every 6 months and is always courteous and polite on these visits. She arranges an appointment to suit and completes the check professionally, asking about any issues or concerns. I feel that these checks are necessary to reassure the landlord that the property is being looked after, plus gives the tenant the opportunity to discuss things face to face.
