Went in this morning to switch account over from Lloyds to Nationwide,I already use them anyway, extremely helpful sorted it out for me in no time, even made me a lovely cup of tea while I was waiting.Staff are always helpful and friendly in our Bridgnorth branch, thanks everyone x

Staff helpful but thought they were quite rude as I simply asked if I could get some coins changed into notes the reply I got was ?No! You Have to deposit it in an account- so what account you do want to put into? my request was simple and definitely did not deserve the response I got, a simple ?unfortunately we can?t do that, you do have to put it into an account? would of been a more friendly response

Helpful bank staff in a very convenient location. A smile from a lovely teller is worth 1,000,000 beeps from an ATM.
