Staff always friendly. I don't think the dine in food choice is as good as it used to be, so I chose individually. My choice was delicious as always.

Needed to contact them about a valuable item lost in their store. Calls automatically disconnected so people can't get through to them. Poor customer service

M and S in Bridgnorth get the service side right it makes such a difference. Especially the kindness after a long day at work. The lady on the bakery is always smiling and chatty and the lady who serves me on the checkout is also superb. Please let them know as it makes such a difference. It makes life seem less heavy sometimes. ?

I purchased a salad from this branch a few weeks back which had insect egg on many of the leaves. I have tried to resolve this with the M&S customer service team and they have offered no solution and now ignoring my messages, heist this post.
This comment is not a reflection on the lovely staff that work here but the poor customer service I have received as a result of this case.
