“I have been a customer since TFM opened often travelling up from South Wales or ordering on line and always been very happy with their service. But I want to say a huge thankyou to two gentleman staff who didn't know if I was a previous customer or not. I had a sudden flat tyre on the road outside and pulled on to the car park thinking I would have to call breakdown. I asked two staff members if anyone could help they said no problem. They came over to my car and in less than 10 mins I was back on the road with my spare tyre changed onto the car. Thank you so much Gentlemen that is what I call Customer Service.”
