Greg's really need to get their act together. No lunch items available to purchase on way to work ( in my case 9am). Come back at 1.30 most things gone except wedges. Asked a member of staff if anymore prepared fresh food coming out & was told person who prepares sandwiches etc finishes at 11am!!! Come on you are not having full range available even through lunch time. Loosing business big time. And I am at least able to come back to get lunch, if you had stuff available from when you open more people would pick up on their way to work

Called in here today. Food was what was to be expected from Greggs. However the service was terrible. The staff were more interested in each other than the customers. Too say they seemed to have the attention span of a goldfish is insulting to the fish. No eye contact. Constantly talking with other staff members whilst serving customers.

I am lactose intolerant and for my own benefit I choose not to drink cows milk as it makes me ill, asked for a coffee with oat milk to be told they do not offer any alternatives only ?normal milk?. Shame really that you don?t offer drinks for people with intolerances, or allergy?s or even vegans.

Well what a pleasure it was to visit yesterday with my elderly Mother. I ordered a Salted caramel latte and my mother had an decaf coffee they were delicious. Ethan was so pleasant and helpful he had a wonderful warm welcome for us both. The shop got very busy at 1 point and being on his own he was calm efficient but most Importantly smiling and his customer service was 5 star ?? For such a young man it was refreshing it see. He is a credit to your store.

Disgusting service by employee named 'KAREN' - rude, abrupt, no basic manners to say thank you or please. Yet as a customer I showed complete coutersy to this uneducated fool. After placing an order, and barked at with cost, she then proceeded to yell "move to one side" for goodness sake just be polite and say "could you move to the side PLEASE whilst your drinks are being prepared". Absolute moron with underlying issues, clearly not cultured and not welcoming to anyone non white! GREGGS please employ better staff who understand diversity in a main tourist areas!!! Disgusting service.
