Craven dunnill will advise you on your tile choice in a way I don't think bother tile retailers do. The staff are so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their products and have a really good eye for current and future trends. I always love taking my ideas to them and getting their feedback.

If you need to buy tiles , you need to visit the showroom. Amazing selection and staff who really know about the products they are selling. We had great help from Luda. We have visited the show room on many occasions to buy tiles for different projects and they are always offering inspiring new collections. Brilliant service, many in stock.

Visited the Bridgnorth showroom today.
Got talking to a member for staff - Luda (apologies if this is incorrect). Her knowledge on the product was fantastic. She was incredibly helpful and patient. She took the time to listen to my requests and figure out what it is exactly that I wanted. I had a clear vision of what it is I wanted and she delivered that perfectly.
I would recommend to go in and actually talk to the staff if you?re unsure of what you want or just want to explore your options.

Terrible customer service, went in with tiles from another brand to see if they could match trying to support a local business and they said because we came in with a competitor brand they didn?t want our business ????
