Lady with a fox tattoo had a great chat customer service skills were impeccable also a fab barista customer in front was giving her a hard time don't know what's wrong with the bridgenorth people vile. But thanks for the experience from your staff

Don't often treat myself to a decent coffee, times are hard these days. Stopped by today for a brew, lovely, can't fault the service or the quality of the coffee. There was however, a bit of an atmosphere, I feel that the branch is understaffed and people aren't coping, wasn't going to pry, this is just the impression I got, let's the whole experience down to be honest.
Like lots of businesses, including the one I work at myself, the good workers need to be valued more, they're not as easily replaceable as you think.

A good size cafe with both a bright area by the entrance and a cosy dim area at the rear. Plenty of space and good Costa WiFi connection.

It?s not one of the best Costa stores and it?s a bit hit and miss, sometimes it?s great and other times the drinks are rubbish and staff can be rude

Went in for a drink with my partner and the drinks I had were not nice at all, we were hesitant to go up as we felt rude, but we did speak to one of the staff with glasses, she was quite rude and told us she can?t do anything about it and told us she was a trainee, thank fully when we did go up someone sorted it out for us. However this service is not acceptable and has put us off going back bc of this staff member now.
