Lovely, oldie-wordie toy shop with a massive amount of stock, they have everything from Lego to puppets and everything in between. Great shop that we have purchased items from when visiting Bridgnorth.

Please be aware before buying anything from this shop. They do not offer refunds at all but there is no signage to explain this. I bought an item, walked 3 steps away and my 3 year old changed his mind and they wouldn't refund it. I understand if that is their policy etc but to not have anything explaining this displayed is unacceptable

Overall, the shop is generally quite good. However, the older owner of the shop is very rude. Didnt say hello or even smile when customers walked in and constantly stared and gave dirty looks making me and other people I was in the shop with uncomfortable.

Got to the shop 10 minutes before closing with my very excited 7 year old son, the closed sign was on and when my son asked if they were open the miserable woman said 'only if you know exactly what you want'. How is a 7 old child going to know exactly what they want before they've even walked in?? Ridiculous customer service, don't deserve the business.

so rude to the customer. give you dirty looks and find reasons to get you out their shop. everything is overpriced as well. they only become happy once you buy an item.

Sold my 10 year old niece two tiny toys worth £7 for £13 each and would not let her return one!!! Disgusting customer service don?t buy from this shop.
