Don’t be fooled by the pictures as the greeting by women on aim desk was miserable and rude. Zero customer service plus the breakfast was terrible and greasy. Was accused of smearing food on walls and asked to front payment yet when asked for detials or evidence to support hotel claims was simply told there wasn’t any... read full comment

A very fancy hotel at the heart of Newtown. We enjoy the stay and foods. All the staff were kind and profesional.
