These guys are Nissan Navara specialists. Hugely knowledgeable and competent. When they carry out work on your vehicle they automatically try to use parts which are better than the manufacturers. I want those who work on my vehicle to work in MY favour. The result is excellence and the cost is moderate.

What can I say.....I am relatively technically competent but there are certain things I either don't want to do or else feel that are better served by an expert....in this instance you want an expert that know's their stuff and you can trust - the team at Billcar are all of this - experts in the marque and trustworthy.If you have a Navara these are the only people to go to in my opinion. I took my Nav (134k) to have their famed duplex timing kit fitted - my D40 was somewhat rattley and I would thoroughly recommend this upgrade. Lucky I did as I was shown the parts removed and the original chain, sprocket and tensioner were so worn the engine could have shredded itself at any moment.The guys also diagnosed a leaky head gasket (another common problem of a Nav of this age/mileage) so that was done too. Lucky I took it to them as if I hadn't and the needle hit the red the engine would be dead!The price charged was in line with estimate and the guy use their knowledge to draw attention to other issues - not in the sense they are scratching around looking to pad out the invoice as some of the minor "we found this and fixed it" weren't even charged for and they are stacked with work so don't need to - testament to their following.If it puts it in context I came from Bournemouth to Shrewsbury to have the Duplex done but based on Dave, Steve and team's diligence, communication and care I will be going back for any material work on my Nav going forward- well done guys - thank you!

Dave and the lads are very helpful got me booked in at short notice for duplex timing chain upgrade. Vehicle drives like new again thanks guys. Another visit to dave and the lads today Steve worked his magic yet again new half shaft bearings and seals and new wheel bearings alternator clutch kit and a few other bits and pieces. Definitely well worth the 3 hour drive and overnight hotel stay to get workmanship of this quality. Will be back again soon for the next service ...would not trust anyone else with my vehicle ..Great job guys thank you

Needed my sons car serviced and MOT?d which it failed, agreed to leave it with them while we went on holiday and collect it on our return. Car was ready for us to collect with new MOT and invoice less than previously agreed. Nice people working in clean, well equipped garage.

Turned up on a Saturday morning unannounced wanting a MOT. The guys informed me that it was going to be a wait, but as I was already prepared to leave the car due to the previous appointment canceling on me (at 7am, wife was not impressed). A huge thanks to David & Steve for the full service , MOT and transmission oil change on our Nissan Navara vehicle. We also had a new rear half shaft and hot pipe installed. Really glad I tried Bilcar.Recently had tick over problems and a slow 'galloping ' chain noise, classic timing chain failure signs. I visited all local commercial vehicle garages in the area but not one of them wanted to touch my 2009 Nissan Pathfinder, they looked down and mumbled about how big a job this was?Then I gave this place a ring, booked in for a week later, ready to drive away a few days later.They diagnosed, new chains, belts, oil, filter and a 'hot pipe' for a very fair price.Friendly, professional service throughout, I can't recommend them highly enough.Thanks lads?
