First time back for over 10 years didn?t like the place before but it?s now beautifully done out the staff are super friendly and the food is lovely and reasonably priced! 5* from me!

Had a lovely afternoon at the Summerhouse on Sunday. Again, a great event put on for free. Brilliant singers, and great to see the planes from cosford air show. Have been here before for one of their free bank holiday events. Always a great atmosphere, with everyone up for a good time. Staff and people enjoying the event have always been really friendly when I?ve attended, being kind and interactive with my children too. They serve a range of cocktails, which we tried and they were great. The owners, Donna and Andy are lovely, always up for a good time and very attentive with all guests. You will see them chatting away, they?re very approachable too, if you have any concerns or issues, they will see to them straight away. They?re welcoming and always ensure guests have a relaxing, enjoyable time while at the Summerhouse and have worked so hard on making it a really great pub to visit, be that the events they put on, the environment they have created which is aesthetically pleasing, or the high level of customer service ensure all staff adhere to.
They put on frequent free events throughout the year, with a range of different music acts, to please all genres of music lovers! The events are always very popular, so be sure to reserve a table, if you see something you would like to attend. The events I have been to have always been busy, which makes for a great atmosphere, however the events are always organised professionally, with a car park porter helping with the ease of parking, so it?s not a free for all!

We came here with family and friends for the Taylor Swift tribute. The atmosphere was great, everyone was having a fab time. The carvery is amazing. Lots of bar staff so no wait for drinks or food despite how busy it was. Very friendly staff and owners and the new pub garden has been done to a really high standard. All round great day!

Went today to the summerhouse for the first time today for a carvery. It was by far the best I?ve had in a long time! Got us in last minute and the food and setting was amazing! nothing was too much trouble. Would Highly recommend x

Me and wife went to The Summerhouse for lunch. The food was amazing and filling. All of the food was cooked perfectly and the amount of food was just right. The food didn?t take long to come to the table and was piping hot. The staff were really polite. We would definitely recommend The Summerhouse to friends and family.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Rachel and Jess. Very polite and welcoming, made me feel at home soon as I walked in. Great conversations had and tended to our every need. Rachel is amazing. Asset to the company and pub alone. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone near and far. Brilliant experience.

Amazing food, we had the beer battered fish with chips and garden peas and the steak and ale pie with mashed potatoes and veg? followed by a warm chocolate brownie and ice cream for dessert? 10/10 for everything especially the fish Very friendly staff and a lovely pub in general Booked for our Sunday lunch in a couple of weeks time whilst we were there

We had a great experience at the summer house we have all been many times before but this time we had a big party of 21 adults and kids for a birthday party Jess and Lily who looked after us were really great they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Food came out quickly and was really good everyone enjoyed their food Jess and lily even came and took family pictures of us all which was great.
