Arrived late despite me receiving message to say it had been delivered. Foot long not cut in half. no serviette. The sandwich was stale with poor filling and the pizza was dry stale and little topping. Very dissatisfied, this was supposed to be a treat on my day off. All in the bin! Never again and one star because you have too.

1 hour 45 mins waiting for delivery on a Monday. Called shop 13 times, no answer. Absolutely dreadful. Taking a trip to the shop tomorrow to look the person in the eye and tell them how awful they are at their job.

Always been a fan of subway, however after this experience will definitely not be ordering again. I would like to know why when ordering a sandwich, I have to worry about it coming with a bite mark out of it. In fact not just a bite mark out of one sandwich but two. I would like to politely request that whoever is sharing the sandwich with us politely choose one and not have two sandwiches ruined. Not a good experience!

2.2.24... 6.30pm.. Rudest staff member in history he actually told my wife to hurry up choosing the salad and his attitude in general was disgusting. It left a bad taste in my mouth and we won't be going back.

Been using subway all over the world for many years and recently this branch. Added on an extra topping and charged £7.95 a full price sandwich. When trying to understand the reason why the member of team was rude. Tried to order another sandwich without the topping and wouldn't serve me. Very rude man, wouldn't give me the details of the manager just her name, no eye contact,no acknowledgement and couldn't communicate orher than pointing to the screen think he hasn't had any training, the management team need to put him on a " How to treat customers course " Spent a lot of money with this company over the years, a disgrace in customer service. Will contact the manager and see if they get back to me? Avoid this branch if you can. Would give less stars if I could as the worst service I have ever had.

SUBWAY CLICK BATE....Entrapment!!Got ripped off with subway offer of Kids meal from employee behind counter.He advised, kids offer up on the advert board above, " Free kids meal if you buy a foot long"Offer states & employee advised, if you buy a foot long adult sandwich, small kids sandwich meal is free.Its CLICK BATE....entrapment!Therefore I ordered a steak foot long sandwich meal deal, then told deal at till offer not available...why......You need to be a previous customer, with the app and you only het offer if you been given a voucher code.I was so angry with Subway employee...our 6yr old was tired and hungry and all i wanted to do was get her fed, back in the car for our long travel home.What a big con to customers!! I really hate the subway pricing, rushed order system and attitudes, i feel it is very misleading & i will be reporting them to local trading standards.In the end my sandwich & meal deal & i was charged for a child meal deal cost me over £14.85 which is a total rip off.Whist my sandwich was okay, our 6yr old step grand-daughters sandwich was disgusting and even she said it tastes horrible and never ate it. It was only a 3in bread, subway had jus cut a 6in bun in half with one slice of ham, two slices of cucumber and too much mayo.." TOTALLY DISGUSTING"Shame on this subway....your food & bad rip off con attitude service to customers to increase an order value just for your store profits is terrible
