All in all a very good shopping experience & my food was delicious, my dog enjoyed his treat in the garden centres dog friendly food area.

A clean & bright cafe with helpful staff. The food was delicious, I can recommend the veggie omelette ?. The only problem was that on a warm day the cafe gets extremely hot, even with the doors open.

My first time having breakfast here. If you value your teeth then don?t have a breakfast. The afternoon meals are great (carvery etc). The young staff of the morning lack true leadership and basic knowledge of how food should be served.

Food very good and served very quick.

Bland tasteless food which was very disappointing. Chips were undercooked. Peppermint was more like lukewarm water. Not somewhere I will eat again

Called in to find alternative to blue diamond who are about to ban dogs. British garden centres are welcoming and friendly. Good food too .

Visited today for afternoon tea with Santa and you need to make it much clearer when booking families will be sharing tables with other families. Daughter has additional needs and doesn't like people in her "bubble" and needs space. She's also likely to have at least one meltdown during our visit which I wouldn't want to subject other families to, we're used to it but others aren't. The attitude on the manager was appalling and treated us like a massive inconvenience, I even set the majority of the table up myself to feel like less of a pain. I noticed another family of three had their own table so not sure why they were deemed special enough but we weren't. Rubbish visit and won't be back

Not a bad place to eat, food is of reasonable quality and price, there is a good choice of food on the menu.
As a disabled person in a wheelchair it is not easy, although there are plenty of staff around none of them offer to help with moving a chair out of the way so that you can get into a table easily. One good point is that the disabled toilet has plenty of room and is easily accessible.
Wheelchair accessibility: Overall very good, can sometimes be difficult where staff have added display stands making it very difficult to get a wheelchair past them.

Good place to stop for a brunch lunch or tea

awful, overpriced food. £30 with coffees and ordered a ploughman's that had one tiny slice of cheese, one slice of ham, a smashed boiled egg and an apple uncored. all for £11.
we had over £100 worth of plants with us and we left them at the table. put them back yourself. use any of the local pubs nearby, most are nice. this place isn't.
