Disappointing. 22mins waiting for 2 coffees. 6 staff serving front of house, none of whom seemed to be on the case!. If there were 10 customers in total in the cafe thats as many as there were. I asked where our drinks were and was told they had had a lot of coffees to make.! A lady was waiting ages for a pot of tea and when it arrived there was no tea bag in the pot. I think if they cant cope now how on earth will they cope at Christmas.

Not great. Hardly any staff on to run the restaurant. Came for a carverey and queued 30 mins for carvery ticket with poorly legs. Then another 30 mins in the carvery queue. Why have just 1 staff dishing up everyones veg. Just let people do theur own veg when there are a long queue of people waiting in a hot restaurant. Wont come again as i cant stand long enough for a carvery meal

What a let down. The scones were stale to say the least more like rock cakes No tea spoons with the tea. Very disappointed given the cost.
