the only complaint i had was i went in to get an appointment at specsaers wishaw i was given an appointment at 9 15 am 2 days later i got a text to remind me my appointment was due at 9 20 am when on the due date i arrived i was told i was early my appointment was not till 9 30am i did not like being told i was early when i arrived at 9 10 am for my appointment at 9 15 am.

Great place for eye test and so much more.
They also carry out Audiology and routine eye problem tests in a professional and friendly manner.

I took my son in to get his eye test and new prescription glasses. Two female customer service assistants refused to allow me access to a toilet, despite me telling them I was desperate. I had to call my husband to come to stay with my son to allow me to find a toilet. A nearby amusement arcade allowed me access to theirs. I am disgusted by this. I was under the impression everyone had the right to the right to sanitation under the ICESCR guidelines. I won't be back!
