I am a regular customer that buys cat litter and recently buying some new fish was told can't serve me more fish I was surprised I ask is it in the policy she said no .
Won't be going in to get fish from them anymore.

Just getting my cat food as usually the cheapest place using my pets at home card with a cheeky wee discount. Got to clap a very cute puppy in the queue for the till too. Staff are always lovely, gold star for service.

Do Not buy fish here. They ask too many intrusive questions and will treat you like you dont know how to keep fish. Thier policy is rubbish.

I had a faulty item, I lost my receipt making it unable to exchange. When I was in the shop, I pointed out to two staff members that at least 1 item on the shelves also had the same fault, this item was left there for some other customer to buy. At the very least it should have been removed from point of sale. Poor show indeed. I returned the other items I was about to buy and got them from Tesco at a lower price. Every little helps eh?
