Not a big fan to be honest. Would only really use for a few ?top-up? type things (bread, milk etc). Always feels a bit ?messy? and trying to get to shelves and fridges sometimes is a bit of an obstacle course no matter when you go in!

Busy supermarket although not the biggest. Several fridges weren't working at the time of the visit.

Decent supermarket but obv not as much choice as the bigger ones. Most of the staff are nice. Northern Irish woman on the tills had good patter :) Big unit usually on the cold meats / cheese counter is a total misery guts. Doesn?t smile and often rude. Defo in the wrong job facing the public.

Liked it till tonight. Went to salad counter at 6:45. 15 minutes before it was supposed to close. Woman told me she wasn't serving me because she wanted to go home early.

Everytime?that 1 member of staff affecting the reputation of the whole store! Pretending she?s working?ask for help?she walks away! Not talking once it?s been done?everytime! How you still employ her after several years?is an absolute mystery?the staff know?the customers know?stands about drawing dirty looks at everyone! Every other company would have sacked her along time ago for her appalling customer service but more importantly?just being nice! It?s a real shame as all the other staff are great! The reality?local Aldi, Lidl, Tesco never witnessed that behaviour towards customers nor between staff members!

Startled by the increase of prices this week eg..slice of smoked fish £4. 25..also the lack of produce ...not impressed by the tin of savers spaghetti ,I tried ..sweet and tangy tomato sauce ...I will be thinking twice about shopping there .
